Prof. Chaoyang Wang of Penn-State University as Guest-Professor of DICP

  Prof. Chaoyang Wang has been invited to visit DICP recently, and was bestowed a Guest-Professorship of DICP.

  Presently, Prof. Wang is a professor of the Materials and Engineering Department as well as the Mechanical Engineering Department of The Pennsylvania State University, USA. His research interest covers such areas as fuel cells and fuel cell materials. As the founder of the Engineering Center of Electro-Chemistry of Penn-State University, he has gained a great number of honors, including the Professional Honoring Award of the American National Science Foundation, the Outstanding Overseas Young Scientist Award of the American National Natural Science Foundation Committee, and the 2007 Vital Research Award of the Penn-State Engineering Association. He is a Senior Technical Consultant of UNDP, and one of the representatives to the Indo-US Fuel Cell Workshop. 

  During his stay in DICP, Prof. Wang delivered a lecture with the title of "Subzero Startup of Automotive Fuel Cells", and was invited to visit the Laboratory of New Energies.
